TRANSCRIPT: "By now it was almost time for me to go to work so I ran one more time to the top of the hill and looked out across the valley to the north. And then I saw it. Had I missed it before? This time, the entire valley was reflecting the blue sky with its billowy clouds like a mirage on the horizon. Only the taller trees standing above the water punctuated the reality that the dam had broken. Life was about to change terribly for hundreds of thousands of people, livestock, businesses, homes and farmland".
